WANT TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR TEAM'S
RACE T-SHIRTS?

We encourage teams and individuals to either decorate the back of their official race t-shirt or create a new custom t-shirt to show their support of our cause. Many donor and recipient families choose to decorate their shirts in memory or in support of their loved one.

  • Please submit this form if you are a team captain who plans on customizing your team's race t-shirts.

  • The deadline to submit this form is Thursday, August 15.

  • Once you submit, we will reach out to registered team members to request their consent to mail their t-shirt to you. Team members MUST complete the consent form by Friday, August 23.

  • We will mail the race t-shirts of all consenting team members to the team captain by September 1.
